My Therapeautic Approach
Developing a treatment plan for each patient using evidence-based research. Working with a multidisciplinary team, putting the mental health and wellbeing of each patient first. A treatment plan is developed based on the patient's short- and long-term objectives. Every strategy is tailored to the individual patient and may involve lifestyle modifications, medication management, and addressing physical health concerns.
