Jill Moran is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with seven years of experience in psychiatry and medication management. She has had the privilege of helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds overcome a variety of mental health challenges, stabilizing symptoms to promote improvement in daily functioning. Throughout her career, Jill has become increasingly passionate about the importance of accessible mental health care. She firmly believes that everyone should have access to high-quality mental health services, regardless of their age, socioeconomic status, or lifestyle.
Jill’s mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that is accessible and inclusive to all. Whether a patient is struggling with a mental health issue for the first time or has been living with a condition for years, she is dedicated to helping them. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals, always striving to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard and supported.
Jill approaches mental health with an open mind, offering medication options, education, and helping patients seek alternative treatment modalities such as Ketamine therapy and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) when traditional medication management is not providing sufficient relief. She views medication management as a tool to stabilize symptoms, working alongside therapy and fostering a positive mindset. Jill encourages open communication with her patients, preferring they reach out with any concerns or questions related to their treatment plan and overall care.
During a medication management session, Jill conducts a thorough assessment of her patient’s mental health, reviews medication options and effectiveness, and discusses potential side effects and diagnoses. She makes adjustments to the medication plan as needed, educates patients about medications, and ensures they are actively involved in their treatment plan.
